I've used Leon and his team for several items over the past couple of years (real estate closing, business/corporate contracts), and the experience has been amazing. No surprise fees and everything was prepared well in advance to make the transaction very smooth for our home closing. They also had great advice for extra items to add to our purchase agreement to prevent surprise costs down the line. Can't recommend them enough, and we will continue to use them for all our legal needs.
