My wife and I met with Fernando of Lima Architects as we were looking to add an addition to our house. He came across as a man that would listen to what our plans were and provide us with a design that we would be happy with. Fernando provided us, in a timely manner, the drawings and more then met with our expectations of what our house would become. He always responded to calls and emails and answered our questions promptly. Lima Architects were also instrumental in the approval proccess in getting the minor variances approved and the permits from the city.
