I've been managing annual security system projects for my employer for the past 5 years. We are a large hotel resort in Whistler. Black Knight Security had already been a partner before I took over but has remained our preferred CCTV installer based on competitive pricing, technical support and customer service. When we have issues or want to make changes Moe is a quick email away, always making himself available for service calls or troubleshooting support.

Very professional. Moe did a great job installing my security camera system at my home, at a price much lower than competitors. He didn't try to over charge me for things I don't need, like other competitors. He took the time to understand what I needed, and gave me a very fair price. Even better, Moe and his team are always responsive any time I have any questions or issues with my system. Their customer service has been fantastic, which is important because I am not tech savvy and appreciate their patience and help with understanding my system.
