Came home from vacation and found my septic was backing up into the house. No damage had occurred but all the pipes were full once we realized we had a problem. The 24 hour line walked me thru step by step on how to fix it over 2 separate 30 minute calls. They didn't charge me anything just lots of great free advise on how to unclog the pipe. Solved everything and it works. Next time my tank needs a pump I know who to call. Great late night service!
