The employees is this location/store are great. Picked up on my anxiety of being overwhelmed by all their wonderful products and took the time to answer all my questions and lead me in all the right directions.
After taking my machine in for a servicing once, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else! The staff was friendly, prompt, and very considerate. Highly recommend!
Heather saved me from further frustration with my new machine. She taught me many things that we were not taught in Home Ec Classes in 1968 !!!! I am grateful for her knowledge and patience.
