What a wonderful place and staff! This was my first time and certainly will not be my last! The front desk administrator was so lovely and helpful in every way. I was in for a prenatal massage and the RMT I got was Lily. I cannot say enough about her! Truly the best massage I have ever had in my life with the kindest person. She listened to everything and targeting all the right spots. It was absolutely incredible and I was left feeling a thousand times better. I highly recommend this place for any service, but especially a massage with Lily! Thank you to both of you (and sorry I didn’t get the front desk administrator’s name)!!!

I was able to get a same-day appointment which was wonderful and the location is super conveniently located. Very clean and beautiful spa. I got a deep tissue massage which was wonderful - Michael was really professional and it was a great experience overall. I will definitely be back!

I used to go to this location before I moved. I saw maybe 3 or 4 different massage therapists here, all varying in their techniques and abilities. All of them were pleasant. I really liked Sara in terms of listening to my issues and targeting those areas. Nice atmosphere and friendly front desk staff as well.

I just want to start off by saying Thank YOU Michelle! I went in for a balayage and hair correction and the turn out was absolutely stunning. Not only did Michelle walk me through the entire process so I was aware of each step, but she also carefully explained the importance of the different techniques she used. I really appreciated all the tips and advice given during my session here. The experience was exceptional compared to your average hair salon. You can tell when someone is enthusiastic about their passion and you can clearly feel it when she is working on your hair. I never expected a hair stylist to be as reassuring as Michelle, nonetheless reassuring and delivered with results. Thank you for your work on my hair and I would highly recommend to everyone I know.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair done at the Royal Day Spa! Michelle was not only friendly and professional but also truly cared and listened to what I wanted so there were no surprises. She’s very knowledgeable about hair like getting the color right and general maintenance, she made recommendations to me but not pushy on additional services. I left my first visit feeling great and it was like going to see a friend when I returned for my second appointment. Highly recommend Michelle Lam to anyone looking for top-notch hair care.
