First time visiting the spa (south branch) the staff were super friendly and considerate of my request in keeping me in a private area while cutting my hair, i am a muslim and wear hijab they made every effort into making me feel welcome and comfortable they put barriers and closed the doors making sure it was only females! Thank you Ariyanna for an amazing hair trim she’s an expert at what she does and i cant wait to be back! I also got a PCA face peel with Amy; she was knowledgeable and professional i was truly relaxed and enjoyed my spa time thanks to her. Amazing staff and clean spa i cant recommend it enough :’)

I came from Edmonton with the Lipstick Empire team and I am just so amazed! The space is so beautiful and luxurious, I felt so pampered. The steam was so wonderful and was such a great start to the day. I can’t remember my massage therapists name but it was the best massage I’ve ever received. Madison did my facial and it was incredible! She gave the most amazing scalp massage. I will definitely be back and will be telling everyone about your place!

Amy is the best esthetician, kind and friendly and really cares about her clients. I've gone to her for many years and continue to return because she's awesome!

I’ve been going to Safari (even dating back to their original location) for several years, and for various treatments. Safari hands down remains to be my favorite spa. What really displayed the quality for me, was after a visit to the spa at the Banff Springs. Safari’s facials in my opinion were as good, if not BETTER. Even more impressive is that our amazing local spa is at least half the price!!! I love the ease of booking through the App as well. Thank you for providing our community a luxurious spa experience comparable to those you would get at world renowned spa.

I decided to book a spa day for my birthday here for the first time and i had such a wonderful experience. I had Brooklynn for my facial & pedicure and she was very knowledgeable and my face is STILL glowing from my facial 3 days later. For my manicure I had Brittney and she did EXACTLY what I was wanting, a very soft French manicure, with the perfect shape! Very impressed with these ladies & will definitely be a returning client. Thank you!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warm, shown around and offered a tea. Chelsea was punctual and my facial was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She explained what she was going to do then was quiet for the reminder of the time. She had a very gentle touch and a nice calm demeanor. Such a beautiful start to the day - thank you so much!
