I was seen promptly by Sarah Neufeld for a shampoo/cut/dry&conditioning. My experience was wonderful. Relaxing and pleasant. The environment was great. Sarah is a very sweet and lovely lady to spend time with and I was thrilled with my hair when it was done. All the staff were friendly and professional and I highly recommend going to see Sarah and experience the European Day Spa.

Cassandra recently did my hair and she’s amazing !! She took her time and really listened to what I wanted. we got my hair to the exact colour and style I love. very sweet receptionists too! Would definitely recommend.

I went in for a men’s haircut this morning and just wanted to say Cassandra gave me another great cut and always makes my day by engaging in friendly and knowledgeable conversation. I enjoy the fact that she is familiar with topics that she knows I am interested in and are of importance to me. Thanks again Cassandra. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.
