Strøm Spa Nordique

This spa is an urban oasis. A shining peaceful escape at the heart of Sherbrooke. We had massages as well as mani pedis and also booked the thermal experience. We spent the day between appointment alternating between the hot and cold pools, the wet eucalyptus sauna, the dry sauna, the nap room(complete with a very sweet cat to cuddle with-all spas should have cats!) , the relaxing fires, and the swings. We also got to sit in our robes overlooking the rising steam and the river below for an amazing Nordic inspired meal. The potato with salmon was our favorite. We ended up being there for almost 9 hours in total and left feeling refreshed and beyond relaxed.

What an experience! It all started with a massage that was perfect! Then dinner that was fabulous and finally hours enjoying the Nordic Spa experience! Throughly enjoyed spending the evening at the environment created by Strøm.

We love this place and try to visit each year when we come up from Boston. Sometimes it is for the bjørn /kid hours, sometimes for regular hours, sometimes with a massage. Pretty place and calming.
