Good location. Staff are great. Nathali showed me the storage and gave me good advice on how to store my stuff, she’s very knowledgeable in what she does. The manager, Isabelle is very accommodating to my storage needs. She’s really nice as well and fun to talk to. I was starting to panic as i thought i may not have enough time to get all my stuff out by the end of the month and Isabelle was very helpful.

Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with my banking and they deferred my pre-authorized payment to a later date with no headache last minute. Very welcoming and accommodating. She made a stressful situation more at ease. Great place, highly recommend.

The workers who helped were efficient and thorough. It was a big job and the worked tirelessly. Bravo! Thank you for making the big, almost overwhelming experience of moving manageable.

I have used my storage for more than 4 years and I always found Advanced Self Storage’s staff very friendly and ready to help with my needs, in addition to my comment I will say that Advanced Self Storage maintains the whole premise in perfect maintenance and clean which is very reliable when we keep our boxe’s in a storage. Fully recommend. If you go there ask for Hashan Singh Store Manager is very helpful.

Danny helped a lot -Been renting 8 plus years at this facility and these guys have been great. Niko and dennis have great customer service and the place is always clean and safe.

Niko was incredibly helpful finding me last minute trailer storage. He gave a few options and made sure I would be satisfied before signing me up. No pressure sales tactics. Easy sign up. Secure facility.

This place is great and Nico has been my main man for about three years. I found this place after another storage facility (on Bridgeport in Richmond) allowed our storage to be ransacked, suitcases opened and robbed and they did absolutely nothing to restitute even though it was evident that someone got in through a gap in the bad roof wiring. wouldn't show us security footage, we just got taken and treated horrible as if it was our fault. Exact opposite treatment at Advanced. Nico has always been easy to work with and will go the extra mile. I have had several moves to bigger or smaller units and have always been treated with patience and Nico has helped to make the chaos less stressful each and every time. I highly recommend going to Nico with any storage needs or concerns. Plus he is funny, kind and super understanding. Five stars. - Kell S Reply
