SENTINEL STORAGE RICHMOND REVIEWS

My first time to use Sentinel storage and my husband and I had quite a very good first impression of their service. The manager Don in Bridgeport, Richmond, is so personable and quite knowledgeable in explaining the policy and services accorded by Sentinel. He showed us around with great enthusiasm and you can tell how passionate he is in doing his job and very patient in explaining their services. We definitely recommend Sentinel for any rental storage.

They walked me thru the process of renting a storage unit as this was my first time, and when it came time to put my stuff in storage it was a very easy process as everything about the staff at Sentinel was very professional and helpful.

Staff friendly and helpful. Storage facility is clean modern and well run. Recommend Sentinel Storage in Richmond.

MAPLE LEAF SELF STORAGE RICHMOND REVIEWS

This is the second time I've rented storage space at the Richmond Maple Leaf Storage Facility. I like them because they have super helpful staff, both on the phone and in person. Provided me with a perfect unit, great location, clean, bright. Also pleased with supply of packaging materials available for sale. Richmond location is well situated, feels safe and well managed.

Excellent facilities! Francis was very helpful and knowledgeable. Him and his staff were friendly and very accommodating to my needs. Would use this facility again for storage. Gates are all secured with a code so I felt like my items were safe in storage! Highly recommend.

Logan was great in explaining the details and pricing for the storage unit I’m planning to rent. 5 Star customer service.

ADVANCED SELF STORAGE RICHMOND REVIEWS

What can I say about this storage building, FANTASTIC. I used other storage places in North America and most of the staff are moody, heartless, cold-blooded, impassive, ruthless, etc. But the Advanced staffs are very enthusiastic and very proud of their features that they offer. They are knowledgeable in giving tips on how to store my stuff. There is only a few options in Richmond that offers climate control, and Advanced is one of those who offer this. With no hesitation, I did not even bother to shop around the area and check the others’ prices. Thanks to all the staff member from Arthur to Michael and to Hoyi (forgot her name, but I think that’s her name). As what they stated from their Welcome Email, “I am in good hands now”.

Arthur and the team are excellent hosts. Professional, friendly, efficient and very helpful. The facility is clean, well laid out, and at a convenient location (near highway and tunnel). Thank you, Advanced for providing an excellent facility and service.

Friendly and customer oriented personal, thanks for all your help. Highly recommend.
