From the outset, Jonny provided an ETA and confirmed the address, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The use of a flatbed truck showcased professionalism and ensured a safe and efficient operation. Jonny went above and beyond, offering valuable insights into my situation and recommending local auto shops. The entire experience, from the initial call to the car drop-off, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend Jonny's Towing & Recovery.

Excellent service, on time, efficient, compassionate and reasonably priced. Plus he had skeletons on his flatbed for Halloween. The kids loved it.

Wow these are great people, my wife was dropping off our daughter in law at the airport (we're from Chilliwack) and her car died. Jonny was on route to another call, turned around to help her get off the road into a parking lot (no charge). Called me later to check on us and offered some good advice. Had to get my daughter's car towed to my place. Jonathan, the tow driver, was amazing. He kept in contact with us from the time he was picking up the car to the time he was pulling in our place. The spot where he had to park the car was tight and he was able to get the car in there with no problem. He was courteous, polite, and efficient. I would definitely call them again if I ever need a car towed or any other service.
