First time with the Shack and Shine crew (Matheus, Rayan, and Vitor) and definitely will not be the last time!! They showed up early, very professional and friendly. Matheus kept me updated as required throughout and walked me through the process before beginning. They were efficient and did a great job. My neighbour and I have been looking for a consistent and reliable company to work with to help maintain our houses (gutter / roof / exterior window clean) on a regular basis - we are glad we chose Shack and Shine (they came over and did both of our houses today). I would highly recommend this crew and will not hesitate to have their services / expertise again for next spring cleaning. Couple of before and after pics - my skylights are finally clean!

Our Shack Shine crew was very prompt - arriving even a few minutes before the scheduled start time. They were courteous and highly efficient, finishing before the estimated end time. They did a thorough job scrubbing and blowing our roof so we are very pleased with the outcome.

Brandon was very professional on his presentation and very thorough on the work he performed. He replaced and installed new gutter strainers and inspected the gutter for issues. He thoroughly inspected the gutters before cleaning. When he discovered the gutters were not that dirty, he discounted his fee to reflect the less service required. Brandon only recommended downspout guards when he deemed necessary due to evidence of buildup and the gutter proximity to pine needles and leaves from the trees nearby. Brandon is very good on what he does and I would highly recommend his service.
