The lady that runs the storage units is a wonderful person... she helped me out what I thought was going to be months but ended up to be 3 weeks and when I contacted her to inform her that we would no longer need the unit she responded right away... amazing lady but she does need an assistant to help her out.
My wife and I were in a pinch and Denise helped us out even though she was in a pinch. Her customer service was above and beyond and got us a unit, showed us the area, and still had a big smile throughout it all. Our experience was amazing!
Great Customer Service from Denise in Orillia...and her Regional Manager. Thank you ~ highly recommend this storage facility for all your needs. They are very accommodating.
