Car had an issue. Called BCAA, as the car was lowered, Mr Palam managed to swing by within the hour with a flat bed tow truck and picked the car up. He was extremely helpful and guided me through what to do prior to loading the car. Thank you so much!

I called BCAA and waited 2 hours for the driver(Jas) to arrive. Other than the wait time the experience was quite pleasant and the Jas was very nice. He was able to load up the car in just a few minutes with no time wasted. Would recommend them to friends and family.
