I had my Kawasaki Ninja towed to my condo this afternoon, and am so impressed with the quality of service I received. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name, but I want to let the company know how amazing this guy was. He made me feel comfortable and assured that the tow was safe and I'm elated to have my bike home. Thank u so much to the tow truck guy who made this experience so great!

I had a flat tire on Hwy 403 last night. After calling JKM, a truck arrived promptly. Driver was friendly, approachable and he had me on my way with a spare in no time. All for a very reasonable charge. I hope I don't need to call JKM again, but if you are stuck at the side of the road and are Googling tow services like I was, you can rest easy calling JKM.

I made sure to get Andre's name. He's an absolute asset to the company. Super forthright and transparent from the get go. Gave me several options and how to proceed with my tow and waited for me patiently as I went to the wrong place first. I have heard a lot of tow truck horror stories but Andre was a true gentleman and extremely professional
