I was there with 80 years old mother who doesn't speak English but the whole staff from security to health staff were amazing people trying to help us with anything they could ..we waited 1hour and half but it worth it.. my mother would like to tell you about her experience and she said be thankful you have these amazing people for you, it's not the same every where else..just be patient and they will be there for you.. thank you for your hard work
Took a friend here with a terrible ear infection, she had been to 3 other care facilities in Calgary with no relief. We were in, treated, referred to further help, and on our way in 3 hours. Great staff, excellent care, thank you for succeeding where others failed. She is completely recovered
