Ideal Protein by Angela Crawford

I started on IP about 6 weeks ago with Heather Sullivan as my coach. When I walked in I was not sure to expect, they asked me what I was looking for, I said to loose this, pointing to my gut. Heather said I can help you with that. She was right 29 lbs so far in 6 weeks. I have never been hungry, never got sick and I enjoy the food. I have made a couple inadvertent mistakes but Heather got me back on track. I feel better, starting to look better, gunning for the 100 lb of weight loss. If you need to or just want to make a change, just walk on in point to your gut and say “I’m looking to loose this too” Heather will help you out.

A friend recommended I try Ideal Protein but I had given in to the fact I was middle aged and it would be a struggle to try to lose weight. Well I decided one day to give it a try and WOW I wonder now why I waited so long ! I feel so much better this has changed my metabolism and my mind set I look forward to maintaining my new healthy weight and lifestyle!
