Weight Watchers

Having been overweight for most of my life, this always weighed heavily on me so I have been on Weight Watchers in some capacity for the last 13 years. Sticking to it, getting some weight off and then going back to my old ways and constantly starting over. Over the years, I had gained 100 lbs and lost my confidence. And I decided enough was enough and I walked through the doors of Weight Watchers one more time. This time my mindset had shifted and I vowed to myself that this would be the time I stuck to it, finally reaching the goal and realizing this the lifestyle I need. Having lost 112lbs, I finally feel like I’m living life instead of just existing.

Weight Watchers really did change my life. I used to feel held back and stuck. Now I know I can do anything as long as I put the effort into it. I feel like my life has more balance, and I am now the version of myself that I only wished I could be when I was a little girl. That is an amazing feeling. The plan hasn't been restrictive. It's so easy to follow and I know I will be able to continue this for the long term.
