Panes Window Manufacturing

I bought 3 windows from Panes. My experience was amazing. The website is so easy to navigate and to build exactly what you need. I ordered supply only. I went to their location to pick it up. It was so easy. The windows look great and solid. Feels like a good build. The best part about panes is their custom service and selection/ordering process. They were helping me any time I had a question. My windows were ready in 4 days after i submitted my order online. Other companies i quoted were saying 6 to 8 weeks before my windows would be ready. Once again amazing customer service and amazing quality product with low price tag. Strongly recommend.

After dealing with years of watery windows due to a cracked seal, and some windows that won't open without falling apart, we decided to finally replace them. I found Panes online and noticed they had a showroom near by in Toronto. They agreed to provide an estimate, arrived at the exact time they specified and made us a quote that was quite reasonable after a few estimates. They were good at explaining the options, didn't pressure us to spend more and the installation was fast and looks great. We now have a new bay window that opens and we can see through and back windows that open easily.

Excellent experience with Panes Windows. Just had 16 windows installed in our "new" home. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up. This is our second time using Panes since we had new windows installed at our previous home. We ordered in mid November and they were installed Feb 8. It only took a day and a half for installation. Would definitely use them again but we don't plan on moving again. Highly recommend Panes windows.
