Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kamloops

Oxygen yoga is such a beautiful and inviting space with a wonderful group of teachers. The studio is always a great environment to unwind and de-stress. They also have a great variety of different classes each week and no class is ever the same. The stretch and relaxation classes are one of my favourites with the darkened room set with candles and peaceful music. The cold lavender-infused cloth at the end of each class is also a nice touch and I always leave the class feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Kamloops Oxygen Yoga! They offer a variety of classes including yoga, cardio and strength training. All of the classes have the benefit of infrared heat. after each class you will be treated with cold lavender infused towels, it’s the very best treat! Every instructor is encouraging, supportive, welcoming and so friendly! With the variety of different classes you will not get bored. The facility is kept exceptionally clean as well!!
