A hidden gem in Port Coquitlam. Truly an amazing & healing space for yoga & gong sound healing! Bonnie's kundalini & gong classes are the BEST ! Love all the yoga classes & all the instructors. Bonnie (owner) has really put her heart & soul into the space and you can feel it as soon as you enter. Her consistent dedication is so inspiring. Thank you Bonnie for creating Sadhana Yoga & Sound !! My favorite yoga studio !

Just came back from my first class here. I love that they have discounted options for newbies to try out the studio. The space is old, as can be expected in downtown PoCo, but it was very cozy and cute inside the studio, and my gentle Hatha class with Shawna was so chill and relaxing, a very nice way to start a Wednesday off from work.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite yoga studio. It is welcoming, nurturing and I always feel myself relaxing as I walk up the stairs. Bonnie has done a phenomenol job of creating a wonderful, relatable and unintimidating space and attracting the most amazing teachers! So happy I found this place!
