Great gym, clean! Sometimes very busy but plenty of machines to use. Love the woman’s section! I had signed up with a personal trainer back in November and Annie is absolutely amazing! I did not have much faith in my results but she kept pushing me to do more and I am content with the end result! If you need a trainer, I highly recommend Annie with her good attitude and the motivation she provides!

Been going to this gym when it was fitforme back in 2011. Since the recent expansion and renovation it's a very well equipped and complete gym for the price. Staff is friendly. Gets busy as any gym normally would. The morning regulars are a great bunch of people. I enjoy my training sessions.

Best gym in town! Equipment is new and clean. Price is super affordable, even to have a personal trainer. Best choice of personal trainer is Alain. He's always available to help with any questions and the program is tailored to your needs. Very recommended.
