Received quotes from several furnace companies to replace a 40-year-old furnace, install a new hot water tank and AC system. Furnace Family provided the best price and warranty I could find. Ross was our sales representative who was very professional and knowledgeable who took the time to go through everything. He was a really good guy who, you could tell, loved his job and the company he was representing. The installation technicians were equally professional and made sure to communicate and modify their game to ensure I would be satisfied with the placement of everything. His meticulous attention to all details big and small, such as thoroughly cleaning area before install or the precision in reconfiguring piping to correctly accommodate the new unit showed integrity in his professionalism. We hired Furnace Family to install a new furnace, A/C and humidifier. Mike and Matt arrived on time and worked straight through the day to ensure installation was complete. They covered my flooring and carpet to protect it (it was a snowy -25 on the day of the install). Both the sales and installation were handled very professionally. Matt and Mike were very professional, and ensured everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Mike walked my through the equipment and the thermostat and explained the install, workings and servicing process. We could easily recommend these folks to others.
