We were having some troubles with our AC and contacted Reliance for an urgent service call. We had Jeff come out and inspect our unit and all the circuiting the very next day. Jeff was amazing at explaining, troubleshooting, and fixing the problem. He also explained each step of the process so that I was aware of what had gone wrong and what to look for in the future should the problem arise again. Jeff has been absolutely phenomenal and provided exceptional customer service. I felt very comfortable and reassured with the service provided and the knowledge base he had to troubleshoot/fix the equipment. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend Jeff in the future to anyone experiencing technical problems with their AC in the future.

From Ranjeet on the phone assisting us with booking our appointments, he was very personable, to our technicians. Great service. Kevin was very polite, efficient, professional, quick and knowledgeable. He installed our new Water Heater and we couldn't be more pleased. Dan came over to quote for our furnace and was great as well. Very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Will be following up for our Furnace needs with them as well. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Recently had a hot water tank replaced. Ben arrived when he said he would, and quoted a very competitive price. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. We are very satisfied and would definitely call on Reliance The Furnace Company again.
