My husband and I had a great experience in viewing a unit at Avalon Parkway with the help of their Community Leasing Agent, Charley‑Jane O'Brien. She is very helpful answering our questions since it's our first time to rent in an apartment. This building is about 5-6 years old and I'm one of the first tenants of the building. I have a very positive experience with the building manager couple. Greg who is the "handyman" of the building is professional, polite, responsible, and attentive. He is someone who might look "stern" at first glance but actually has a very empathetic heart. Deanne the building manager is professional, kind, and explains rules and procedures clearly. She handles issues fast and proper. She is a great person to deal with.
Great apartment complex. The public areas of the buildings are stylish, clean and well maintained. The building managers, Deanne & Greg, are friendly, helpful, and professional. Any unit maintenance needed has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I love my unit as it is very open and spacious with updated floors and fixtures. The balcony is a great size. One big plus about the complex is the little dog park on the property. If you have pets, this is a great place to live!
I lived here for a year and loved it. The apartments are beautiful and feel much larger than the square footage. Huge balconies are awesome for summertime entertaining. The conveniences and finishes within the suites are beautiful and make life easy. The building is managed by Deanne and Greg, who seem to know EVERY tenant and they make the effort to get to know them also. They’re a big part of making Paisley Square feel more like home. They keep the tenants involved and plan movie nights, games nights and ednesday morning coffee, which lets everyone get to know each other. Furthermore, anytime there was any sort of problem, they were quick to solve it or, if a contractor was needed, they got them there quickly.

ATWOOD SUITES REVIEWS
It was a very memorable experience for me and my family staying at Atwood Suites. Nancy was our building manager and she is the best. She was like a guardian angel for us and would support us in any situation. Cannot just thank her enough for all her support and time she takes to care for the building and the tenants. Very understanding team of people work at Centurion properties. I actually had to move to another city because of job and I chose to rent with the same company because of the good experience. And the trancession was very smooth. I recommend Ateood Suites.
We've been living here going on 4 years now and we must say that we're extremely happy here. We also found our building manager Nancy has been very courteous, professional, very good at upkeeping the building and never hesitates if we need anything from her in regards to maintenance for our unit or other areas of the building. We want to thank her for a job well done and keep up the good work. Because of the above comments. It makes us want to live here for a long time. We love living here and always getting compliments from others about our building and unit.
Our best living experience in a long time! The building manager Nancy is truely one of a kind! She takes pride in the maintenance and safety of the building and resolves any issues immediately. Our hot water heater stopped working on a Friday at 5 pm and She responded immediately and a tech was onsite within two hours!! That's dedication! Quiet, safe and clean building. Highly recommend!
