Excellent customer service and quality of work. I dealt with John most recently and he's been absolutely fantastic, a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to look things up and do the job right. I've dealt here for many years, mainly for exhaust and stainless work, but I've had some minor repair work done in the past as well. Good honest shop and I definitely recommend.

By far the best mechanic shop in Guelph! I’ve been coming here for about five years and get all my repairs done here. They patiently explain what service is required and make it a teachable experience for the customer. I’ve been shown under the hood for a leaking battery, wheels off to see worn brake pads and rotors. They have even recommended against services that aren’t necessary like a spark plug replacement. They pulled them out and showed me the lengths met specification and “in good faith” do not require replacement. Most importantly, they are a respectful team with excellent communication with customers by phone and in person. They’ve also reminded me about warranties I’ve forgotten about saving me money on my muffler replacement! If you’re looking for a reliable and honest garage, come here.

As a young woman owning her first car, finding a new shop to trust in a new city was very nerve racking, but the guys here make it easy and stress free to get all the car maintenance I need done!
