Nothing but good things to say about Granite Homes. Their entire team is so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and their quality of workmanship truly stands out from other builders. I've had several friends in the trades come to see our house since we've closed and all are amazed by the high quality of the build. Highly recommended.

Granite Homes has such quality homes that already come with many upgrades like 9 foot cielings and high upper cabinets. Sandra, Sarah and Kylie have been such a pleasure to work with!! They have been so professional, helpful and responsive to my e-mails this entire time, and are so personable. They never rushed or pressured us during the buying and designing phases, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re so excited for our home, and look forward to working with the rest of the team. I would reccomend them in a heartbeat.

The quality of the renovation exceeded our expectations, and the accountability of your company is truly commendable. Our main floor is now a stunning space thanks to your exceptional work. Highly Recommend! Sutcliffe homes completed a full main floor renovation for us. The project went smoothly from start to finish, the reno was completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and look forward to working with them again for future renovations.

We contracted with Sutcliffe Kitchens to renovate our kitchen counters and backsplashes, including the associated plumbing and electrical work. Although it was a small reno by most standards, they had two of the best project managers I have ever worked with, planning and supervising the work. The trades they used were excellent. The work was done on time and with great care. I highly recommend Sutcliffe Kitchens.
