HERITAGE HEIGHTS REVIEWS

Lived at Heritage Heights for about 5 months. Had a great time at this property. The building is well maintained and the management is very responsive if you run into any issues. Navjot the property manager is highly approachable. Vibin does a great job too. They ensure the residents are comfortable at all times. The area and building is safe to live with all the basic amenities across the road. If you are looking for a rental property, look no further. Heritage Heights is the place for you.

We moved into Heritage Heights as we were selling our house. It was a crazy time with lots of unknown, but Vibin was very on the ball and greatly helped us out. When we finally finalized our house sale he had everything ready and prepared for us to move right in. Since then, we've seen him on the property and he always stops to say hello. Working with good people always makes the difference. R

I have nothing but great things to say about Heritage Heights! The management here is absolutely outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and taken care of. I had an issue with my heating, and they were incredibly responsive—even coming to assist on a non-working day!

I recently just moved into Edgemont Heights and I already really like it here. In my opinion everybody is really friendly. The property is very well maintained and taken care of. The office staff are really nice friendly and helpful. Especially Dele if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't be a resident in here. He was so kind and helpful to help with with the online stuff and couple of times I told him he deserves and raise its definitely true I hope this place stays as awesome as it is right now in the future I can definitely see myself grow old here.

Great place to live. Excellent move in experience. Apartment was very clean. Property manager DELE was very cordial and helpful.

The apartment was very clean when we moved in and the management made sure virtually everything required to ensure a smooth settling in was in place.

If anyone is looking for a place to rent, look for Hazelview properties and very notably Allan! It was my first time going apartment shopping with my partner and Allan made the viewing very comfortable, informative, and accommodating. He answered any questions we had in depth and right away, gave us great insight about every location (which is very well taken care of and managed like a home), and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Initially we had a rocky start creating applications to rent. After messaging Allan he responded quickly and professionally, helping us fill out the application, we could not express in words how grateful we were for his help.

Allan was very professional and covered every detail while showing me the facility and the suite I was viewing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and his care for the facility was excellent. Absolutely enjoyed meeting him and the tour was fantastic. Thanks for the warm welcome Allan, very much appreciated.

We have had the pleasure of calling this apartment our home for over five wonderful years, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we moved in, the exceptional service provided by the management has truly set this place apart, especially by the most recent building manager , Allan Yue.
