Working with Kavia was great. They did my adjustment quickly, worked well with me when missing information from SGI, communicated with me appropriately prior to my appointments, and then did my repair quickly and professionally. My car felt just like new when I got it back. I will definitely return if I need this kind of help in the future.

Brought my car into Kavia for an insurance claim, I was really happy with their results, my car was beautifully detailed (they gave me new floor mats!), everyone was very professional throughout the entire process, and the work completed looks great. Highly recommend!

I will never take my car anywhere else. The customer service is next level and they are always prompt and do quality work. The little touches like the auto detailing and the goodies also go a long way in differentiating them from others. Kavia is the best!

Unique Car star was my saving grace in an impossible situation. Thank you Dan and Jeff for caring for your customers and fixing other people’s mistakes. The reason the body work on my car is properly done is because of your outstanding service and care. A tire shop damaged my car extensively in their shop and told me garage insurance would cover it. Their attempt to fix it without going through insurance caused more problems than it solved. I called Unique Car Star to ask questions about the process. The staff at Unique Car Star listened, advocated for me, assessed my vehicle and fixed it for me properly. I cannot recommend Unique Car Star enough.

I would like to thank and recommend Unique to anyone and everyone. 100% professional courteous and caring. Got my vehicle back looking better than expected thanks to Trent, Lyndsay and everyone else in the shop. I filled the survey out yesterday but didn’t have a picture so I had to wait till today so I could show it off. Thanks again!!

No one likes getting into an accident, but with Parr you know you're in good hands! I’ve been to a few body shops and this one is by far the best! From the day I dropped it off to the day I picked it up I was updated on exactly what was going on with my truck so there were no surprises. The vehicle had also been cleaned prior to picking it up. And as a bonus they also sent me home with a bag of cookies. Highly recommend this shop!

Our go-to auto-body shop! Staff always friendly with smiles, welcoming attitudes and cookies! We find them to be competent and efficient. The interior detail after replacing a panel is a bonus. Very good understanding of insurance claims. They handled everything with SGI. It's no wonder they've been around for so long. Keep up the good work and wonderful attitudes!

Unfortunately, I’ve had to have a few too many visits to Parr, but every time they make it as pleasant as is possible. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. The staff are personable and care about the human experience of getting your vehicle fixed and back to you in like new condition. 100% highly recommend!
