They were in constant communication about every step of the project. Once the order of bricks was in, from start to finish, this project took only 4 days. Their crew was excellent and the installation was done quickly, professionally and they left no mess behind, even reseeding the grass along the path which was unexpected but much appreciated. My husband and I contacted Keystone Outdoor Living to create a space for our family to enjoy. We had tried to tackle our acreage landscaping for a number of years. However, as our family grew it became more and more difficult to do. Everyone at Keystone was incredible to work with. From the start Colin, Nick, and Scott were professional, kind, and flexible. The entire process from design to installation and completion of our plan was very smooth. Despite our ever-changing minds and last minute adjustments, the entire team was gracious and worked very hard. It was a joy for my son to watch them work through the window. My husband and I were constantly impressed with everyone's work ethic, quality, and attitude, and I believe this speaks volumes about a business. The retaining wall, sod, and pool have been an absolute game changer for our family. My husband and I now feel totally relaxed spending time in our yard vs. wondering what the next project should be. Our kids absolutely love the space, and especially the pool. We love that this pool is perfect for our toddler and baby with a splash deck. Great company and snow removal! The Keystone team was great at our snow removal this past winter. We have a tricky parking lot with agency vehicles parked 24/7.
