My 91 year old mom moved into Preston Park II this summer. The executive director and management team made the administrative tasks associated with the move extremely easy. We knew instantly mom would be in good hands. Once mom arrived the welcome she received was very warm. Staff and residents embraced her making the move from her home of 60 years as easy as possible. Mom’s transition was smooth; the caring nature of everyone, the excellent food, and the activities helped her embrace her new home. As a family we cannot say enough how much we appreciate the warm, happy group that works and lives at Preston Park.

We can’t be more pleased with Preston Park2. The staff and leadership team are approachable and committed to providing a safe living experience for seniors. When we unexpectedly required extra care services, they were immediately available, this is a huge plus. Mom is happy, in a safe and caring environment.

As a contractor of sorts, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the team at Preston Park II. Specifically the Health and Wellness Director goes above and beyond to provide amazing service to the individuals that call PP2 home. A place I would move into when (God willing) the time comes for me! Thank you PP2 for all you do!

Oh my goodness, where do I begin. We moved our beloved Mom into Parkville Manner in September 2023. It has been the most pleasant experience and that we have ever had, everything went so smoothly, the staff were so accommodating. It’s a very difficult thing to see your parents age, but Parkville Manner has been 100% helpful in every way, accommodating in every way possible and beyond, they’re lovely to deal with and the manor itself is immaculate. The staff are so very friendly and helpful, they have made this process more than bearable. The very best part about Parkville Manor is the food. The food has been exquisite. They have their own chef who cooks food that is fresh every day they provide three meals a day plus snacks. They also have many activities that make residents feel like they belong to something very special, a family. My family and I laugh because we say that my mom is living at the Taj Mahal. If anyone is having second thoughts about placing their loved one into Parkville Manor, drop those thoughts immediately!! you have nothing whatsoever to worry about. They will take care of everything and they go over and above in making your loved one feel welcome.

The Parkville Manor was an ideal place to stay immediately following my hip surgery this fall. As a single person living out of town, my family wanted a well-maintained and accessible facility as well as 24 hour health support if needed.

My Mother lived in Parkville for 7+ years. She was very happy there and made many good friends. A menu was provided with each meal, allowing choices and variety. All staff were supportive and competent. Mom maxed out the Home Care, Parkville Manor was able to provide and moved to LTC. Family were able to rent a room when visiting Mom and eat in the Dining room with her (prior to COVID19). A perfect place to spend her 'Golden Years'.
