I just want to say this Builder is Amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about this company. If you are thinking about using them. Then 100% your in the correct place! They have a Guy named Arron and he is amazing. He is the most polite, efficient, determined individual. He always gives 100% and can fix anything. He is definitely a huge asset to this company. If you build a home with them, you will meet this awesome guy and will know exactly what i mean. Regan and Tara were also super great to deal with. Plus this company follows thru with everything. I have only great things to say about the team at Westridge homes. The build was a wonderful experience with very open communication throughout the whole process. The team really understood our vision of the house we wanted to build and were very professional throughout the process. With an older neighbourhood there comes challenges, but the team was very respectful of our neighbours around us and we received several comments on their great work, and organization of all trades. We are so thrilled with the house and would recommend Westridge to anyone looking to build from scratch or in our case an infill in an older neighbourhood.

Building with Westridge was a fantastic experience. We liked it so much that we built a second home with them! Their entire team is outstanding and the build quality is second to none. The complete process is seamless and a lot of fun as you see your dream designs come to life. The follow on customer service is amazing. Any concerns after move-in are dealt with quickly and efficiently. If you are in the market for a reno or a new build, you will not regret working with them.

We had Alair Homes do a main floor renovation for us, including a complete kitchen remodel. The end result was exceptional. Rhett and his team were tremendous to deal with throughout the process and were very transparent. A special shout out to Dan who consistently went above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services.

We hired Alair a second time to do an additional major home renovation after being very pleased with the wonderful job they did on our first renovation they had completed for us. We were again very pleased with the organization, communication and quality of workmanship. It was a pleasure to work with Rhett and his team again. Very professional and transparent, would highly recommend.

It's been almost a year since we worked with Alair on our third floor renovation and we have been so pleased with the outcome. Rhett and his team create open lines of communication and transparency so there are few surprises. We will absolutely work with them again in the future. Definitely recommend.
