Pura Windows, one word, authentic. The moment I met Dave, i had a good feeling. He is personable, always smiling and knows his products. Not only does he know products, he knows his team. These men really like their jobs. They were polite, respectful and professional. The removal and installation was done absolutely perfect. They were on time, very organised, protected my floors and cleaned up after. They did the work like they would have expected it should to be done in their own home. They noticed things that they were out of line previously and fixed that. Believe me, these things matter. The windows and doors were retrofitted on stucco and they look fabulous on the outside and the inside. The interior casings were all replaced and were meticulously put on and look seamless. I never once hesitated to ask a question. Dave suggested sliding doors to replace the garden door, which had never occurred to me. Very happy with that suggestion. The light that comes in now is incredible. Any issues that came up, Dave took care of. Dave went above and beyond my expectations and he was committed to making everything perfect. Would not hesitate to refer Pura Windows. Highly recommended.

Had them replace my Livingroom window. Was quite good, finished the install in around 2 hours. Area was clean when they were done. Cheaper than other quotes I got, and while it took a while to get the window shipped to them to get it installed, the actual booking for the installation was nice and quick. Overall I'm very happy with the services performed. And would recommend them for your needs. I intend to have them as my first call window guys.

Dave's guys did a wonderful job. Windows weren't quite the right size but they got them to fit. Dave stuck to his quote and the job looks great. Very happy with the work they did. Would recommend them for window replacement especially if you have a stucco house!
