614 Lake Apartments

We leased our apartment in December 2022. Our leasing agent Mikaela was super helpful, she showed us a few places and answered every question we had and was there for us whenever we called.{witch was often} Maggie also went out of her way to help us through the moving process and helped with other things after moving in.{ we miss the Office} After the office moved Shannon has been there for us. Elizabeth and Barry have also been very helpful. Her cheerful disposition makes everyone smile, and Barry is excellent at his job and willing to help in any way he can.

Shannon is a friendly and reliable leasing agent. When we watch the room, she was very enthusiastic to help us introduce the room. And then, she also answered me patiently when dealing with renting information. This building is in a good location. There is so quiet and no people will bother. You can see the beautiful view. This is why I choose there.

Shannon was absolutely fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to make the moving and leasing process as easy as possible. The CLV group is very professional and the building and units are lovely!
