I am originally from Ottawa and moved here to attend Sault college for Aviation. I wasn't willing to make the 8 hour trek to visit the place, so upon arrival I was very please to the quality and size of the apartment. The pictures really don't portray the size of each room. I very pleased with my experience, and would recommend it to anyone. Food Basics is literally a 2 min walk away, who doesn't need food that accessible to them, at all times! And a 10 min walk to college.

We Moved in On April 20th and We Have Been so Impressed with The Clv Group and Their Staff. They Are Extremely Helpful and Accomodating. Brittany Was Amazing with All the Communication Before Renting and Made She We Had Everything We Needed. Dawn Is Also Very Friendly and Super Helpful as Well! Very Happy so Far!

We are new to Soo and fortunately we approached the CLV group to search a rental apartment for us. The customer care coordinator we met (Shannon Jackson) is a very warm and wonderful person who made us feel welcome and at home immediately. She made time for us in her busy schedule and we were able to move into our new home very quickly. We heartily thank CLV group and Shannon for their cooperation and help.
