My father’s fridge, dishwasher AND washing machine had quit. Express sent a fellow out that repaired the washing machine expertly, didn’t have the exact part for the fridge but showed Dad how to fix the fridge on his own, and recommended a new dishwasher as parts would be too expensive (rather than simply fixing the machine and then charging him).
