Trent from Quality Appliance showed up within the agreed window and was quick to diagnose the issue with my dryer, showed me what was going on and why the parts needed replacing. He then ordered them and had them quickly installed as promised 2 days later. As much as I hate appliance repair bills, the final bill was more than fair. Thanks very much! Definitely recommend.
