Had a great experience, had 2 visits as they had to order parts to complete the repair. Both times the employees were friendly and easy to talk to. Work done was quick and saved us having to buy a new washer, price was very reasonable. They even called letting us know they could fit us in for an earlier appointment than we scheduled. Would recommend!.

Shawn came today to check out our washing machine. Its wasn't the total outcome we were hoping for but he was honest. It could have replaced the drain pump but he also mentioned that the bearing was also going and the cost to replace the pump and than the bearing would be more than a new machine. I was totally impressed with his honestly. Even though he didn't replace anything today I would call them again if I needed service on another service on an appliance.

The element in the oven burned out. Called Shaughnessy Appliance to repair. They were able to come earlier than the day the appointment was made for. The technician was personable and professional. The repair was very reasonable. Definitely use them in the future.
