Jason from Waterloo Appliance Service was very helpful. Not only did he fix our dishwasher, he gave us suggestions and tips for how to best make use of the features of our dishwasher (run hot water first, use less soap because of our soft water, etc). We really appreciate this type of service and will not hesitate to use Waterloo Appliance Service again (Hopefully, we won't have to though.)

Jason V was the technician who came out to service my stove. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the ins and outs of my stove. He not only repaired it but gave me additional advice on the care of the stove to keep it in its best condition moving forward. He was so friendly and took his time to answer all my questions regarding the diagnosis and repair of the problem. Hopefully, nothing else in my house breaks, but if it does I would definitely use this service again - Kathy

After searching other places for a wire crimp for my oven and coming up empty handed, I tried Waterloo Appliance. Should have gone there first! Not only did they know exactly what I needed, they had it in stock, sell as singles, and got the best deal and it took less than a minute. Thank you for your generosity!

Would highly recommend Waterloo Appliance to anyone! The technician Matt who came out was very kind, knowledgeable and upfront about the repair. Our dishwasher was acting up and was leaving water at the bottom after a couple loads so I called in and Matt came out and diagnosed it as a drain pump. He let me know this was a very common issue with dishwashers and that it would take very little time for the part to come in. I went ahead with the estimate provided and the very next day the receptionist called and booked me in saying the part had already arrived! He was able to come out within a few days and installed the part. Ive had a few different companies out for various appliances before and I have never had a better experience! They will be the only company I will use from here on out. - Mike D

I contacted Waterloo Appliance Service for my Maytag front load washer as it was stopping half way through a wash. They were very quick and responsive and were able to quickly get me booked in for the same week! Our technician Jimmy came out and diagnosed the washer and let us know an estimate of repair. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought and it was only going to be a few hundred bucks to fix. I told him to go ahead with the estimate Jim grabbed a deposit and a few days later I got a call saying the parts were already here! He came out and fixed the washer and its as good as new. The total bill came out to be cheaper than the estimate he gave and he was a delightful person to deal with. He was very professional, thorough with his work and was very respectful of our home. We will be recommending Waterloo Appliance and Jim to all of our friends and family! - Donald D

Amazing experience with this company. I had called because my wife noticed a small leak from our dishwasher and wanted it looked at. I contacted them and they were very quick to answer and help me out. I let them know what was going on and they let me know that they didn't have any availability until the following Monday as I called on a Friday and they're not open during weekends. I let my wife know and we were ok with waiting as it was just a smaller leak. James the technician who came out was able to quickly find the issue and was able to come out within the same week to repair it. Will definitely be calling Waterloo Appliance again with any problems to get James out! Thanks again!! - Micheal W
