I went in to have earwax removed and had a really good experience. John and Vivienne were both very welcoming and created a comfortable, professional atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Vivienne explained the process clearly and made the whole session very informative, which helped me feel relaxed. The procedure itself can be slightly uncomfortable but Vivienne made sure everything was done carefully and explained each step along the way. I was in and out quickly, and the overall experience was very positive. I really appreciated their professionalism and the way they made me feel at ease. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at Sense of Hearing – Mississauga West. I walked in with no appointment after 3–4 days of distress from not being able to hear out of my left ear. John was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. He treated and cleaned my ear right away, and within 15 minutes I could finally hear again. The relief was instant. Highly recommend their services if you need fast, professional care.

We came here to do wax remove cause we thought there might be something inside but there was nothing so we didn’t use the service. The doctor and receptionist was very kind and helpful. We really appreaciated the service. Highly recommend.

I suffered a sudden sensorineural hearing loss due to a virus that attacked the nerve of the inner ear, and Dario was there to help every step of the way. Losing your hearing can be scary, but Dario reassured me, and made me feel comfortable, explaining in depth everything to me, and I put my full trust in him. The tinnitus treatment provided by Metro Hearing and Tinnitus Treatment Clinic is highly recommended. I'll be honest, when I first began the program I was skeptical. But I resolved to follow the program to the letter and hope for the best. Turns out that it worked far better than I ever expected. Be patient, because it takes time. But if you stick to the plan, it'll change your life.

Everyone at the metro hearing clinic is truly amazing!! I have had tinnitus for about 6 months now. At the beginning I thought there was not hope or break from the constant loud ringing.
