Tahmina Hotek obtained her degree from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario, and is a member of the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine. In 2011, she graduated with Honours in emergency services and began practice at Southlake Regional Health Centre. In 2014, she completed her certification as a Certified Personal Trainer. Observing that many of her clients had various complaints, Tahmima specialized in pediatric osteopathy, focusing on infants and children with conditions such as plagiocephaly, tongue tie, torticollis, colic, and more. Through her practice, she discovered that the body functions as an interrelated system, and by removing mechanical restrictions in joints, muscles, ligaments, visceral organs, or fascia, the body can self-regulate and promote healing.
