She has also been an established World Latin Dance Cup judge since 2010. The dance school creates a fun and friendly environment where everyone can learn how to dance with no partner required. All of their instructors are highly trained and experienced. The dance school offers dance lessons and classes for adults, teens and kids. Latin Energy Dance Company also offers group classes, privates, monthly parties, wedding choreography, professional shows and more. They provide free courses or drop-in Salsa lessons to their students. They offer a free parking area.

2025 Update: Latin Energy Dance Company offers classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. They offer a discount for students under the age of 25, and get a 50% offer for all 5-week courses.”

After studying Latin Dance at multiple studios across Toronto and Mississauga, I can confidently say that Latin Energy has the best value, with high quality lessons and reasonable prices. They offer classes for all levels in numerous genres like Salsa and Bachata. What drew me to Latin Energy in the first place was the astounding accomplishments of Latin Energy founder, Vanesa Stay (Not only is she a phenomenal Latin Dance teacher, she is also a professional performer, choreographer, and judge for the World Latin Dance Cup)! Also, the course instructors are all incredible! My salsa teacher Vanessa G. is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make learning dance a welcoming, fun experience. She is a wonderful teacher who is patient with her students and really takes the time to give personalized feedback. My first experience with Latin Energy was at the Masquerade Ball last September. We were treated to an impressive Latin Dance Show followed by an enjoyable evening of music, social dancing, and a complementary Bachata lesson. The energy in the room was vibrant and everyone had a great time! I would 10/10 recommend Latin Energy to anyone who is interested in dance!

Latin dancing was a dream of mine for many years! I came to Latin Energy in 2016 with my friend to bring excitement and joy in our lives. The school is great! The instructors are amazing - professional, caring, sexy, and fun! I’ve a met a lot of great people there and made friends. I started with Salsa lessons, and now I really enjoy Bachata classes! Also, I take performance classes. Monthly theme socials are fun! Thanks to Latin Energy I gained confidence, met new friends, my life became brighter and more interesting!

I started taking salsa classes at Latin Energy a year ago and haven't stopped dancing since. I have also taken bachata and performance courses. The instructors are amazing; very friendly and helpful. I've made so many great friends in the classes and at the socials. If you would like to learn how to dance, you found the best place, Latin Energy Dance Company!

BLUEHEEL DANCE STUDIO REVIEWS

I cannot praise how amazing Blueheel Dance Studios was! Caroline - our instructor was such a blast to learn with. Every class with met with excitement and enthusiasm! My husband is not much of a dancer and yet these classes have made him more comfortable on his feet and more willing to break out a classy dance move with me every now and then. Caroline and the rest of Blueheel made us feel right at home at their studio and we had fun with every one of our sessions. We learned the rumba along with some fun wedding dips and lifts. Caroline did a wonderful job ensuring that our dancing would be on time with our wedding song and that we would be comfortable around my wedding dress on the day of. My husband and I have both stated that we would go back to take regular lessons. There is not enough good stuff I can say about this studio!!

Very last minute before our wedding, my fiancé and I reached out to Bee to inquire about a few lessons beforehand for our first dance - and it turned out much better than we could have hoped! Bee had an incredible amount of patience for two people who can’t dance lol, and he choreographed the perfect dance for us to learn with only two weeks to spare. We received many compliments on the final result!!!

My husband and I spent 10 weeks practicing our choreographed first dance at Blueheel Studio and it was so worth it! We didn't have any formal dance lessons before this and it turned out beautifully, completely blew our guests away! Monique was so much fun to work with and she made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you Blueheel!

DANCE TO THE RHYTHM REVIEWS

Dance to the Rhythm is an amazing dance studio where you feel like family. You can learn Latin, Ballroom and social (salsa, bachata, etc) dances and have a great time doing so. All the staff are kind, super friendly and very knowledgeable in their craft.

This dance studio is one of the best I have been to. The instructors are top notch and extremely dedicated to teaching. Now that I have found this studio, there is no need to look anymore.

It's a great place to learn how to Latin dance! We love it!
