I love this Gym , specially Ayush Dara at LA Fitness is hands down the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. His understanding of fitness are just wow. Ayush makes every workout session fun and engaging, which is something I really appreciate. He breaks down exercises in a way that’s easy to follow, ensuring you get the most out of each session. Beyond his skills, Ayush is a genuinely nice person who cares about his clients. I highly recommend Ayush to anyone looking to get fit and have fun while doing it.

I really enjoy working out at this LA fitness, everything is always organized and the community is great. Marvin helped me sign up and showed nothing but outstanding customer support. He explained how everything works and gave me a detailed tour around the place. Hands down one of the best employees there!.

This LA fitness is really a good place for working out, especially early in the morning. The stuff is great. Usually I don't ever mention names, but Mr Nielsen was really helpful with my membership as well as with every question I had about gym and training. I appreciate it man and if you're reading this review, I genuinely believe this place is perfect for you.

I've been a member of this gym for the past 5 months, and I gotta say it's great. It has a wide variety of equipment and amenities, the area is very clean and the staff has been very helpful and kind. Everyone I've encountered from other members has been just focusing on themselves, and that makes it a great environment to exercise without feeling like you are being judged. Even tho the gym gets very packed in the afternoons usually you can still find equipment available.

One of my favourite GoodLife location! There’s multiple squat racks with a platform for deadlifts, several benches and free weights. More than enough cardio machines, a hot yoga studio, a separate studio, a swimming pool (no deep end or shallow end), a hot tub and a cold plunge smaller pool (in the video shared). A co-ed steam room and separate saunas in the change rooms. They’ll also give you as many towels as you want! I love coming here for a full workout and doing cold/hot immersions with the steam room and cold plunge!.

I recently had a fantastic experience at GoodLife thanks to Chantal's exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Chantal's positive attitude and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience at GoodLife. I highly recommend this gym and especially commend Chantal for her outstanding service!.
