The place is clean and there are a professional staff to help. the room was in great set and clean , the wash room clean and close by the bnedrooms. Thank you all for offering such unique place and professional staff.

For my first time experience, I didn’t know what to expect but once I got there, the staff was nice and helpful as well. They were very welcoming and made you feel like you are at home.

The Peak Sleep clinic experience was excellent!! The staff were super nice and very efficient. Plus, the clinic was very quiet which was beneficial to a good night's sleep. Thank you.

I called several places to buy a CPAP equipment + mask and there was a waiting time from 4 weeks to 3 monthz or more. I tried Sleep Panda and they have some available. I made an appointment, got there and everything went smooth. Ann was a great help, she answered all my questions and the best part is that she follows up and is available for any help I need. I will recommend this place to anyone. You wont be dissapointed. She is polite and cares about her customers.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Anna was extremely diligent in her communication and follow-up with me. She was very efficient and thorough when I met her for my appointment. Anna helped me with every single step and made sure I was 100% comfortable. Really wonderful service.

I recently had an overnight sleep study at Tri Hospital Sleep Laboratory, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease throughout the process. They were also very soft-spoken, which added to the calm atmosphere. The bedding and mattress were spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was well-maintained and clean. I’m honestly puzzled by some of the negative reviews, as my experience was nothing short of excellent. The service truly deserves 5 stars! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a sleep study.

Came here for a sleep study and found the staff very professional and friendly. They made sure that I had knowledge of how the sleep study is conducted. As a full disclosure, you will be sleeping with some 20 sensors connected to your head, chest, belly and legs as well as a pulse meter connected to your finger. Its not exactly going to be the same confortable environment as your home and changing sleeping positions will be a challenge as there will be wires running alongside your body. Still, the staff did what they could to make the experience good.

The service is excellent I am comfortable with everyone, they are very cooperative and have a beautiful smile on their faces. The manners and politeness are top notch. Thanks to everyone.
