The Staff at Carls Pharmacy is very helpful and provides superior service. They listen and respond appropriately and are interested in getting you the correct medication. Nick will go the extra mile and follow up on your progress. I recommend that you choose them for your medications rather than the big chain stores if you want the personal touch. This review is from a happy customer in Mineola West. Try them next time you need medications, you are sure to be pleased.

I love love love Carls IDA. The people working the pharmacy are so kind, friendly, compassionate, informed, helpful and efficient. I feel so comfortable going and asking for advice on OTC medications and refilling prescriptions for my whole family. Everyone is happy and genuinely care about people. I will never go to another pharmacy. This place is perfect. Thank you to everyone who works there!

My family and I went to Carls for the first time to get our Covid shots. It was like going back decades when stores were friendly caring. We were so impressed by the service that we have moved all our prescription needs there. Nick is one of the nicest people we have met since moving to the are recently. Couldn’t find a nicer place.

I wish I could give 10 stars. This pharmacy is one of those 1 in a million places that are very hard to find. The pharmacy staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. I’ve frequented many pharmacies in my 53 yesrs and none of them can even hold a candle to this pharmacy. It is attached to a vitamin store and they are just as good. They have an amazing variety of products with equally knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you want to be treated like a valued customer with compassion and kindness this is your place!

Great place for supplements with frequent discounts available. Knowledgeable and friendly staff available if you have any questions. Also is a regular pharmacy that can do compounding. Doesn't carry a lot of unrelated things that you'd find in some chain pharmacies. For example I wouldn't go here for books and magazines or gift cards, they keep it focused on what they do best.

I buy all my natural supplements here. Best prices and almost always at least 20% off. Knowledgeable professional staff to ask questions and to offer recommendations.

The staff is very co-operative. The pharmacist is a very humble person. I went here early morning to collect the medicines for my pregnant wife, as she was suffering with some heath issues. Pharmacist understood the condition and communicated with original pharmacy to get the medicines ready within very short time. I really appreciate his efforts and gesture to help the needy patients. The best thing with this pharmacy is it’s operational 24/7, and most of the prescribed medicines are available here.

Excellent service after midnight. A family member needed medication after getting a tick bite. The pharmacist, Omar was excellent. He was able to provide medication and advice, including getting to our family doctor first thing Monday morning. Thank you.

We needed something for our little one year old and Marco the pharmacist couldn’t be more helpful, caring and he provided excellent advice. Thank you very much for all your help!
