I called to make an appointment on Friday and the receptionist was very kind and friendly over the phone which made making the appointment very easy. I went in and the receptionist was just as kind and friendly and gave me a few forms to fill out as I haven’t been there before, Lily the lovely specialist that did my hearing test was very welcoming and sweet! She let me know how everything was going to work and her explanation was very clear and easy to follow! As someone who dislikes making appointments this was a very easy going experience and I would recommend anyone to come to the Richmond location! Thank you again for all of your help and hospitality!

I couldn't be more pleased with both Lily and Ann. They are professional, competent, friendly and very helpful. They are punctual and never rushed. I am happy with the service as well as the results and would recommend this Richmond office (Blundell Centre) without reservation. Thank you.

Angie was recommended by my family doctor. I am very satisfied with her service. She provided good advice on selecting hearing aids and provided quick response and service for any hearing aid issue. The reception was nice too. She was attentive and polite. Highly recommended to anyone needs hearing aids.

My grandpa went to get his hearing aid from Central Hearing Clinic. They are attentive and met with him multiple times to ensure he knew how to use the hearing aid and that it was comfortable for him to wear. Really appreciate Angela and her team.

EXCELLENT HEARING CLINIC INC. REVIEWS

Dr Herman and his assistant went above and beyond to help me in a challenging and desperate time with my hearing. As a first time client, they carefully listened to my case over the phone and showed empathy and sensitivity towards my condition and the urgency my ENT placed on the matter. They booked me in for a full hearing test with less than 24hrs notice and worked after hours to ensure I got the service and support I needed. They were kind, gracious, and Dr Herman Li is an absolute expert in his domain. Highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use their services.

I needed to get some hearing aids for my grandmother and i performed a google search and came across Excellent hearing. My first meeting with Dr. Lee was excellent!!! He performed a sound test for my grandmother and then explained the results to me. He then showed me the newest available technologies. We got the Behind the Ear digital hearing aid as my grandmother wanted something discrete and the price was really good. It only took a few days for the equipment to come .They reached out to me and we went back in to collect the hearing aids. Then Dr.Lee took time to program the earring aids to ensure my grandmother felt comfortable. He then explained the follow up procedures. Having only meet Dr. Lee for the first time I would strongly recommend going to his clinic. He takes great pride in his work and his quality care to his patients is amazing. Thank you for your support and i look forward to the follow up meetings. My grandmother was so happy to hear again!!

Dr. Li was extremely attentive and patient with my elderly mother who was getting fitted for hearing aids. There was never any rush or pressure from Dr. Li. This level of service is so hard to come by nowadays as service providers are quick to get your money and short on service. I am extremely happy to see such quality of service still exists. Follow up visits have been equally great. Well done Dr. Li!
