I’ve been using Mainland Sleep for over 17 years and in the meanwhile have always checked other competing options. I have no hesitation in stating that Mainland sleep is perhaps the best Sleep Services provider in town. Their service has always been impeccable. Always a high standard of support and excellent after sales service and follow up. They’ve always shown to be flexible, they have consistently offered competitive pricing and have a solid knowledge of their field. Rav, is a through gentleman, personable, with a pleasant disposition, caring, always prepared to help and makes an extra effort for customer satisfaction. He has been in this business a long time, he has the credentials and the experience. Mainland should be everyone’s first stop for Sleep Apnea and other sleep disorder issues. This my honest opinion from years of experience.

I had my follow up appointment to go over the results from my sleep test. Rav was professional and knowledgeable - actually made me look forward to getting a CPAP and getting healthier. Great experience for me as a newly diagnosed severe sleep apnea.

If you have been told that you snore when sleeping or if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea be sure to follow through and meet with a respiratory therapist such as the experts available at Coastal Sleep. My experience with the therapists and staff at the Richmond location has been life changing. Special thanks to my therapist Ray and to Carmen a wonderful member of their support staff who have been so supportive in ensuring my equipment and educational needs are addressed, and ensuring insurance forms are filled out correctly and sent off to my insurance providers. Having and dealing with sleep apnea is a bummer, but the staff at Coastal sleep made the process from start to finish easy to deal with and the end result is i can now sleep at night. Many thanks.

The staff at Coastal Sleep in Richmond are friendly, helpful and informative. Nikola was my clinician and she put me at ease as I accepted my sleep apnea diagnosis. I was given the time I needed to adjust to a new way of sleeping during the trial period. Nikola was patient with me as I came to understand the long term health benefits with continuous oxygen to my HEART, BRAIN and the rest of my body while sleeping. After my first night using cpac I didn't have the brain fog that I would have in the morning. I have been using the Cpac nightly for almost 3 months and every morning I wake up refreshed. My thinking is clear and I have the energy to enjoy productive days. Thank you Nikola and staff for making me feel comfortable and valued. Thank you for everything.

If you are experiencing excessive snoring or any symptoms of sleep apnea make sure to come down here. Ray was very helpful and positive during the whole experience. After receiving my c-pap machine I feel like I have much more energy and don't feel sleepy half-way through the day. This is a place I definitely feel comfortable suggesting to family and friends :)

I definately recommend this place to people who have sleep apnea. Their customer service is excellent. Most of the time, I go there near their closing time due to my work schdule and they never rush me to leave as soon as possible. Receptionist Vivian always uses her friendly and professional manner to help me with the appointments and purchases.

The experience is great! Vivian at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Both specialists I spoke with were great. I just ordered the machine with them.

Very good experience here, staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend to friends or anyone who needs the treatment.
