This vet is honestly the best vet you could ever take you’re animals to, if you want a place that genuinely cares for you’re animals then this is the right place , everyone is so kind and have such a big heart I brought my kitten in and they went above and beyond, genuinely saved my little baby shadow, words cannot explain how much I respect and love this place, they are very understanding and there staff team is so good. If it wasn’t for them I’m not sure if he would still be here. Big thank you to Dr. Schwartz, she Is very smart and knows what she is doing, they all handle you’re pets with care and just want the best for you’re animals, overall just an amazing place, never going anywhere else. You guys keep doing what you’re doing. I’ve never experienced such a great experience with a vet.

If you have adopted the pet, they have discount, which is very nice. We brought our cat to them, they did good job. One of our cats has tape worm, before we came here, another vet charged so much and took 2 month, still not cure him. So, we decided came here, the Vet name Guys, he just gave us one dose of the meds, solved the problem. Saved us money and time. Front desk is Friendly, and easy to deal with!

We've been taking our dog here for the past 2+ years and can't say enough positive things about RAPS. The staff are lovely and they all seem to genuinely put the animals welfare first. We've referred friends here as well and they all agree the level of care is exceptional.

Excellent service and professional staff. Highly recommended if you live near by Richmond. Other vets were fully booked and the staff at Richmond Animal Hospital was able to book me in urgently on a Monday morning. Dr. Ubi is super friendly, professional and took good care of my dog. Keep it up!

We brought our dog Lulu in today for check up and ran some blood tests to make sure everything was ok since she's been having itchy paws and biting her skin. Lulu is usually very anxious when she's at the vet but she was calm when Michael was addressing her concerns with us today. Michael and Dr. Mcdermott have been extremely informative and helpful during our visit and we can't thank them enough for their expertise!

This is the best vet in Richmond. Lower bills than any other place I’ve been, no one tried to upsell any products/treatments. Highly efficient yet careful service, super friendly staff! I wouldn’t recommend most vets that I’ve been to, but this place is honest and caring and I wouldn’t take my kitten anywhere else.

We had such a wonderful experience during our last visit to the vet clinic! The care and attention given to both our pets and to us was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-level service with warmth and professionalism. Our dog and cat felt completely at home — they weren’t scared at all, and were even able to relax and play as if they were in their own space. Very grateful to Petsville Animal Hospital. They made room to see our dog who had been attacked by a raccoon on very short notice. The reception staff were kind and professional. The vet was very nice, good with our dog and explained things well - both for what he saw with the dog’s condition and the at home treatment and care. The “dog patient” room was very welcoming and set up to make a dog feel at home. Left feeling relieved and happy with the service/experience.
