"Oxygen Yoga & Fitnes Richmond City Center offers classes that are open to all levels of yogis. The yoga studio offers Far Infrared Heated Yoga, Bootcamp, TRX, Zumba, and Meditation. A total mind-body workout combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. They provide mats for rental. They encourage you to ask questions and make suggestions. Come and try your first week of yoga classes for free at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Richmond City Center. The studio is open seven days a week for members' convenience.The instructors are incredible, and they all have a unique individual style of teaching.

YYOGA AT THE RICHMOND OLYMPIC OVAL REVIEWS

I can’t say enough how Yyoga at the oval has been instrumental in keeping my overall health and well being in check. I appreciated the measures they put in place over the pandemic to allow members to practice in a safe environment. Facilities are great, allowing you access to showers and locker rooms at the oval. Studios and sauna are always kept clean and sanitized. But what makes this studio so special are the people. Welcoming and smiling faces that greet you as you come in, a range of teachers that bring their own unique and beautiful energy to each and every class. From beginners to seasoned yogis, there is a place for everyone here. Thanks for making it my second home.

Great class, great vibe, clean studio, relaxing sauna. Not sure why there are all these negative reviews about parking - it’s just off to the side and it’s pretty straightforward/convenient. Would definitely go again!.

YYOGA creates a welcoming atmosphere for first timers and beginners. The space is clean, the front staff are professional and very helpful and the class experience is great! I recommended this location to anyone that is thinking about starting their yoga journey!.

I recommend YYOGA to everyone. There are so many class types to choose from, and there are many classes available 7 days a week. You are sure to find at least one class type that suits you. I have been a member for many years and have tried all the classes. I try to attend about 5 classes a week and I am almost 70. I thank the YYOGA teachers for keeping me motivated on the yoga journey. OXYGEN YOGA & FITNES RICHMOND CITY CENTER REVIEWS

I have never had such a good experience at a yoga studio! I flew in from Australia today and wanted to get some movement during my layover, so I tried this studio on a whim, and attended back to back classes, in the morning. The studio was nice, it's a very friendly environment. The instructor was fantastic, she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely kind. Honestly I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this instructor was, I hope I get to visit Vancouver again just to come back. Thank you for having me!.

I really enjoyed going to this Oxygen Yoga & Fitness location! First off, the facilities are clean and tidy. Second, our instructor, Linda, was really great and clear at leading the class. She would go around the class and help anyone that might be struggling. Most of all, I like going to Oxygen studios because of the range of classes they offer - I especially recommend Fast & Furious classes or Yang/Yin yoga for a more upbeat and intense workout.

Great location & studio, staff was extremely helpful with questions and memberships.

I've had the pleasure of attending Jennifer's yoga classes at this studio, and I can't say enough positive things about her teaching style and expertise. Jennifer creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where beginners and experienced yogis alike can feel comfortable and challenged. Her attention to proper alignment and gentle encouragement, especially for pregnant women, make each session incredibly rewarding. I've noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility, strength, and overall well-being since joining her classes. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate yoga instructor, Jennifer is the one to go to. Highly recommended!.

I have been to a few yoga classes and the teachers are really professional. The teacher knows how to direct training for each student, focusing on the students strengths and weaknesses. This made my first few yoga classes highly enjoyable and I would really recommend this place for anyone who wants to get some exercise.

I attended prenatal yoga classes since 13 weeks until I was 39 weeks pregnant. Had an amazing experience with Jenifer. She is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my pregnancy. Will recommend her to all of my future pregnant friends and family! Thank you Jenifer!.
